We are sorry that you are not loving your purchase. Due to the nature of the products and for the sake of healthy hygiene of all Cleio guests and employees we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. This also helps us keep our costs down which  then translates in to savings for you. 

But Cleio wants you to be fully satisfied with your experience with us. Hence we will offer 15% discount on the next 3 purchases of yours in the current calendar year of the return. The discount will be applied only to regular full-priced items. This way you get back the money you spent on the product you wanted to return. Below are some of the common questions we receive but if you have additional questions feel free to contact us at Returns@Cleio.in.

What is the process to get the discounts?

- When you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, email us at Returns@Cleio.in with the product details, reason for product dissatisfaction, attach pictures of the product  and order details within seven (7) days of receiving the product. It is very important that you specify the reason for not being satisfied with the product. This will initiate the discount process.

When will I hear back from Cleio after sending the email?

- We will respond to your message within 48-72 hours which is 2-3 days.

Will I get the discount if I send the email with all relevant information?

- We will review each message and issue discounts on a case by case basis. We do not want to be taken advantage of and if it is the right reasons we will provide a discount code for your next purchase.

How long is the discount valid?

- The 15% discount for your next three purchases expires Dec 31 of the year you receive the discount code. For purchases made in November and December the discount expires on March 31st of the following calendar year. The discount code will be accompanied with the expiry date.

Is there a limit in the number of times I can initiate the discount process?

- No, there is no limit. But, at the same time discount will be offered only on a case by case basis. Initiating the discount process does not guarantee that you will receive the discount code.

How many times can the same discount code be used?

- The discount code provided can be used for three (3) separate future purchases. The discounts cannot be combined. All three (3) purchases must be completed within Dec 31st of the year the discount code was issued except when the discount code issue date is in November or December in which case the discount will expire on March 31st of the following year.
